Doylestown Hosts Its Annual Touch-A-Truck This Weekend
Do you have any truck or tractor enthusiasts in the family? Do your kids like bulldozers, snow plows or fire engines? This weekend could be the perfect opportunity to let your children experience what it’s like to sit behind the wheel of these big machines (in a safe environment, of course). Sit in the seat, honk the horn and check out the interior of your favorite large vehicles – all in one place!

Family Fun Day At The New Hope Railroad
May 12th is National Train Day, where Americans are encouraged to celebrate the sense and experience of train travel. Bucks County is fortunate to have a number of great railways that still offer travelers the experience and convenience of taking the train every single day. Coincidentally, the headquarters for Bucks Happening sits nearly next door the New Hope Train, and we have developed quite an affinity for its sights, sounds, and staff. (more…)
Sweetening up New Hope: Nina’s Waffles and Ice Cream
With the smell of fresh baked belgian waffles permeating down West Mechanic Street, it’s hard to resist walking into the brand new Nina’s Waffles and Ice Cream, even though it’s tucked away about a block off of bustling Main Street in New Hope. Once inside, expect all will power to make a swift exit. There is an amazing deal currently happening at Kyoto in Trevose that was just too good not to share…and just in time for the weekend!
For a limited time, a large portion of the menu at Kyoto (pictured below) is being offered at 50% off – including a wide variety of standard and specialty sushi rolls as well as hibachi options. The posh new restaurant, which opened it’s doors back in September, is also a BYOB, making dining out at Kyoto an absolute steal.
