Join Jack in the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Rapunzel and a host of fairy tale favorites as they search for “happily ever after” in James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim’s fractured musical. Cursed by a witch with childlessness, the Baker and his wife embark on a quest for objects to break the spell: “A cow as white as milk; a cape as red as blood; a hair as yellow as corn; a slipper as pure as gold.” All get their wishes but soon discover moving lessons in responsibility that bring their happy endings crashing down around them.

For special needs youth, this event will include a friendly hayride around the Del Val Campus and a brief visit with the animals, pumpkin picking, cider and hot chocolate (for purchase) and socializing around a bonfire. $6 per person.
