At Bucks Happening, we’re always looking for ways to improve our health and wellness. We’ve tried acupuncture, a variety of exercise activities all around Bucks County, and our most recent adventure- a dietary cleanse. Suffering from frequent migraine headaches, I’m personally always on the look out for alternative treatments to replace the heavy medication I take to relieve pain, something that can get to the root of the problem rather than just treat the symptoms. I admit that I was not very familiar with Shiatsu Massage, but after reading about Lucy Goldstein from Shiatsu Therapy Plus, based out of lower Bucks County, I immediately knew it was something I wanted to try.
