On the 8th Day of Christmas: Holiday Ice Cream

Each weekday from December 1st through December 16th, we’ll cover something amazing about the holiday season in Bucks County- sites to see, happening holidays events, the best local gifts, and all sorts of other goodies.

On the 8th day, we celebrate the gift of”8 maids-a-milking” with a close-up look at the sweet side of Bucks County with local holiday ice cream flavors.

Goodbye parking nightmare, hello fireworks train!

The New Hope and Ivyland Railroad is now offering special excursions all summer long from their Buckingham Valley train station to New Hope through September 2nd for New Hope’s Friday Night Fireworks Show.

This trip offers passengers a relaxed ride through beautiful Bucks County while enjoying the many benefits the railroad has to offer. Sit back and partake in an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink and leave the headache of driving to us. Little Shop Plants Seed to Successful 2011 Season

Town & Country Theater’s 2011 season is opening with a bang (or should I say a bite!) with a brilliant performance of the classic show, Little Shop of Horrors. A small, extremely talented group of actors tackled the Broadway favorite about a down-and-out floral assistant who becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood.  With beautiful harmonies, impressive character portrayals, and lots of laughs, Little Shop is community theater at it’s best.
